Kirby Drive Storm Sewer Project - Segment 2

Total Contracting Limited (TCL) completed a major roadway and drainage improvement project along Kirby Drive in 2008. The project included demolition and removal of the existing roadway, installation of a 14-foot by 12-foot precast box storm sewer, construction of new storm inlets and manholes, and complete reconstruction of the roadway with new concrete pavement.

Bellaire Access Managment

As part of a major infrastructure upgrade, TCL delivered critical utility and surface improvements in the Bellaire Access area. The work included replacing aging sewer lines, installing new 24-inch water main and upgrading the stormwater system with new inlets and manholes. TCL also restored and repaired bus stops, followed by the full paving and striping of the newly constructed Bellaire Blvd in the heart of Houston's Chinatown.

Garden Oaks Drainage & Paving Improvements

Awarded CMAA Houston 2024 Project of the Year – Projects Under $25 Million

TCL was proud to execute the Garden Oaks Drainage & Paving Improvements project, recognized by the CMAA Houston Chapter as Project of the Year in the Under $25 Million category.

The project included the installation of new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and waterline infrastructure, as well as reconstruction of roadways, driveways, curbs, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant ramps. Drainage improvements included more than 7,600 linear feet of reinforced concrete box storm sewer and reinforced concrete pipe

Texas Avenue
(Along Daikin Park)

Awarded CMAA Houston 2025 Project of the Year – Projects Under $25 Million

TCL completed full roadway reconstruction along Texas Avenue in front of Daikin Stadium within 20 days of opening day. The project included removal of existing pavement, underground utility repairs, installation of new asphalt base and surface courses, curb and gutter installation, and striping. TCL has the capability to work around the clock to meet tight deadlines for our clients.
