Total Contracting Limited (TCL) has proudly served the Houston area since 1999, when it was founded by Boutros Merhi. Over the years, the company has grown through a commitment to quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and dependable project delivery. What began as a small concrete contractor has evolved into a heavy civil construction firm with experience in water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and roadway construction.

For more than 26 years, TCL has completed a wide range of public infrastructure projects throughout Houston and the surrounding region. The company maintains its own fleet of equipment and tools, allowing it to efficiently self-perform key scopes of work while maintaining control over quality and scheduling. TCL has had the opportunity to work with agencies including the City of Houston, Harris County, METRO, the City of Bellaire, the City of Southside Place, and the Upper Kirby Redevelopment Authority, among others.
